- How does the EV Charge Cost Calculator work?
- You enter your battery’s usable capacity in kWh, a UK postcode or place name, and we geocode your location. We fetch public charger tariffs nearby (where listed) and estimate the cost of charging from empty to full at each price — same p/kWh data as our EV map.
- Is this what I will pay at the charger?
- Tariffs come from the same feeds as FuelNearby. Membership, idle fees, time-of-use rates, and charging losses are not included — always confirm in the operator’s app or on site before you charge.
- What area does the search cover?
- We look at chargers within roughly 20 miles of your searched point and rank those with a listed kWh price.
